EVFleetPulse (“we”, “us”) provides analytics and alerts for Tesla owners. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.

What we collect

• Email address (when you join the waitlist or request access).
• Basic request metadata such as IP address and user agent (for security and abuse prevention).
• Tesla-connected data you authorize via Tesla’s APIs (e.g., vehicle identifiers, charging/telemetry events), only to provide the service features you enable.

How we use your information

• Provide the dashboard, cost/efficiency analytics, and alerts you request.
• Send product updates and access/invite emails (you can unsubscribe anytime).
• Secure the service (fraud prevention, rate limiting, auditing).
• Improve product quality (aggregate insights, diagnostics).

What we don’t do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not use your Tesla data for advertising.

Legal bases (where applicable)

Depending on your location, we process data based on one or more of: your consent, performance of a contract, and our legitimate interests in operating a secure, reliable service.

Sharing

We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate EVFleetPulse (hosting, email delivery, monitoring). These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Data retention

We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described above. You can request deletion of your account data. Some logs may be retained for security and compliance.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work hard to keep your information safe.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from product emails at any time using the link in the email.
• Disconnect Tesla access at any time (where supported) to stop new data from being collected.

Children’s privacy

EVFleetPulse is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. If changes are material, we will post an updated version with a new “Last updated” date.
